Here you will find an archive of the Circus Area newsletters and bulletins, and any other CARA documents, such as public consultation responses. 

CARA posts its recent and upcoming activity in three newsletters throughout the year, released in Spring, Autumn and Winter. In Winter 2016 we began circulating issues to all the properties in our catchment area.

We also release bulletins to keep members in touch with local issues.
